GEI conducts weeklong Kaizen events. Our role
includes assisting the client determine project scope and
definition, providing course materials, conducting training,
facilitating the analysis and implementation, and providing
feedback for further improvement.
Our consultants provide input on process and
layout design, workflow design, and other technical matters.
We provide very valuable assistance with measurement and
documentation. The degree of GEI consultant involvement
is a function of the client's capability and expectation
for results.
